Disgruntled here just letting you know I am heading on a Thanksgiving break and plan to be back in early December. The life of freelance at least when there is no work you can take a vacation. Less stress from fools. Take it easy all!

My heart goes out to all those affected by 9/11 hopefully some stories of fools in the workplace will at least lighten the mood.

I assure you I do plan to have at least two stories a week to get things rolling again. Sorry for delays you'd be surprised how much a month of email adds up! Also started some new freelance gigs time is limited.

Well well well... I am back from my summer break of sorts. More of a break from the computer. Sometimes helps to "reset" oneself if you know what I mean. Hope everyone had a great summer.

I need to get organized and look through a ton of email here. I will try and get stories back up and running shortly.

But, thanks to everyone who wrote very kind letters and it seems many enjoyed the archives. Lets see if we can get back on track at exposing the fools out there in the workplace!

Disgruntled here! I will be taking a short break from the iWWF project this summer. To be honest taking a nice long vacation away from a computer so no chance for updates. I am sure we will be back in action for the 'Fall Misery' people experience after the summer. Don't let the fools bring you down!

Why I am here writes...

"Bankers hours? This makes bankers hours look like the banker has a tough life. Responsibility to his staff to accomplish or do any type of follow up - I think he knows no meaning. Returning messages to people who call and inquire about our place of business - too much to ask of him. Learning the systems and protocols himself - never took the time or interest to do so. To actually have a passion or care for the job or people around you - in a peoples-person business , he shows or has no care nor passion. It is usually a situation where the boss needs to get every one in order or in line - this is the complete opposite. There are 9 other people who directly deal with him on a day-to-day basis for it to operate successfully. The 9 other people work like dogs. The 9 other peole carry every ounce of the load. The other 9 people will make up agendas, work orders, and any thing else that needs organizing. The 9 other people care and have passion for what they do. It is a situation - over the last 3 years - that is driving me and the other 8 people nuts. HELP"
